| MHBL News: The Offseason Begins
Tuesday, November 2nd, 1909: It's time to turn the page. Another exciting season of MHBL baseball is behind us, but there won't be time for reminiscing. Like everything else in baseball, the offseason is a time for action. Roster and financial moves, trade proposals and the upcoming winter meetings are all demanding the attention of general managers. While players head for well-deserved vacations, GMs across Mixed History Baseball League are already hard at work determining the next steps for their team.

 | Naps Sweep New York in Round 2
Sunday, October 31st, 1909: The Cleveland Naps made quick work of New York in the Round 2 and swept them. They cinched their 1st Mixed History Baseball League crown today at League Park I with a 7-2 victory over the Giants.
During the regular season play, the Naps notched a 82-72 record and wound up in second place in the American race. |
